Welcome to the environment of Élan! Here is a place to invite yourself to emerge. Each of us has our own Élan! - our own distinctive style or flair. When you can summon that from yourself and channel it into the actions you take and the decisions you make every day, you bring yourself to life. And that's what Élan! is all about.

In the A Space That's You Diary, you'll find posts that describe the process of creating a space around you that manifests who you are as a person, your ideals, your dreams; a space that nurtures and empowers you. It'll start the wheels turning, and pretty soon, you'll be hatching ideas for your own living and work spaces.

In Perspectives From Beyond the Glass Ceiling, we'll explore the process of designing a life you'll be excited to wake up to each morning. Perhaps it sometimes feels like your world no longer fits who you are; perhaps who you are has to expand and grow to cope with changes in your world. Just reading the tips, book suggestions, and ideas you find here will jump start you thinking about how to align your world to your self -- and your self to your world.

Let your own thoughts, experiences, and ideas surface while you're here, and jot them down in a journal. The moments you give yourself here will provide a soft place for them to land.
